KEAPAK™ AND CCD/KEACO™ SMD REELS

KEAPAK™ and CCD/KEACO™ SMD reels are used to wind carrier tapes that are sealed and loaded with components for presentation to pick and place machines. All SMD reels are made of high impact polystyrene and are externally coated for complete ESD protection.

CCD/KEACO™ ONE PIECE SMD Reels

Keaco SMD Reels

Keaco offers both two-piece self-assembly (KEAPAK™) and one-piece (CCD/KEACO™) SMD reels. KEAPAK™ reel halves snap together and are not easily separated once assembled, reducing shipping cost and storage space versus one-piece reels. One-piece CCD/KEACO™ reels use sturdy polystyrene construction with no assembly required. Both meet current EIA-481 standards and are externally antistatic.
